It is reported that the self-developed high-performance sealing materials and products have been widely used in aerospace, aviation, weapons, ships, civil machinery industry and other fields. They have also been used in sealing, anti-wear sleeve, high-pressure and high-temperature gas sealing plugs of special vehicle transmission systems in the arms industry, reciprocating sealing and sealing. Radiation-proof sealing materials have also been promoted on special ships.

Static sealing materials and products have reached a high level in China. Rubber products have a wide range of temperature adaptability. Among them, the wide temperature range special silicone rubber varieties have high temperature resistance, ablation resistance, high strength, ultra-low temperature type and so on, and have the ability of further research and development, can provide a variety of O-type, special-shaped sealing rings, gaskets and other sealing products; special nitrile rubber has oil resistance, high and low temperature resistance, high strength, high elasticity and other excellent properties. The material is mature in technology and stable in technology. It can withstand most hydraulic, mechanical and lubricating oils. It can be used in a wide range of temperatures, generally ranging from - 50 to 130 degrees C. It can withstand high temperatures of 150 degrees C in a short time. It can be used to manufacture fixed or movable seals, valve parts and gaskets, gaskets and sealing strips working in various oils. It can provide all kinds of products with various specifications, and provide the technology of life prediction of products installed in machine. The small seals made of special fluorosilicone rubber materials and products can work at - 55-200 C for a long time in the air medium of fuel oil and oil vapor, 250 C for a short time, and naphthalene-based fuel, mineral oil and double-sided gear lubricant. The medium meets the requirements of long-term operation at - 55 - 150 C and short-term operation at 165 C.

High-speed rotating seal products are hydrodynamic oil seals designed based on the principle of hydrodynamics. The structure unifies the sealing and lubrication function organically, reduces the working temperature and friction and wear of lips, and improves the service life of lip products by several times compared with similar products.
